• 7 night minimum

Cancellation Policy:

• Policy applies to all QLD School, Public Holidays, long weekends etc.
• 50% of the total booking fee is required to hold that booking.
• The remaining 50% of the balance is required prior to check in.
• No refunds/transfers will apply if Peak Season bookings are cancelled.
• If however, a booking for a peak period is cancelled at least one month prior to it’s commencement date, then 50% of any deposit will be refunded or credited to the customers’ account.

Opening times:

• CLOSED – PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
• CLOSED – SUNDAY
• OPEN – SATURDAY : check in & check out 8:30a – 10:30a
• OPEN – WEEKDAYS : check in & check out 8:30a – 10:30a or 4:00 – 6:00p

Payment terms:

• All payments to be made in advance via direct deposit, or cash.
• Charge rate is” per-night”, regardless of check in or check out time.
• Discounts offered for long stays over three weeks.
• Three cats per room maximum. (only from the same family).
