• 7 night minimum

Cancellation Policy:

• Policy applies to all Bookings.
• No discounts given for Peak Season – which includes Public Holidays & School Holiday periods.
• 50% of the total fee is required to secure that booking.
• The remaining 50% balance is required prior to check in.
• No refunds or transfers are possible without 28 days notice before booking date.

Opening times:

• CLOSED – PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
• CLOSED – SUNDAY
• OPEN – SATURDAY : check in & check out 8:30a – 10:30a
• OPEN – WEEKDAYS : check in & check out 8:30a – 10:30a or 4:00 – 6:00p

Payment terms:

• All payments to be made in advance via direct deposit, or cash.
• Charge rate is” per-night”, regardless of check in or check out time.
• Discounts offered for long stays over three weeks.
• Three cats per room maximum. (only from the same family).
